ABOUT
After fifteen years spent working for some of the greatest Cabernet producers in Napa Valley, Scott Dale was keen to start his own project. This micro-production Cabernet is named after a place
near and dear to Scott.
As a local kid and ten-year veteran of the St. Helena Volunteer Fire Department, he has fought wildfire along Oat Hill Mine trail in Calistoga. He has also volunteered to maintain and restore the now hiking trail, and it is the place where he proposed
to his wife in 2015.
Today the once mining road is now the most beautiful hiking trail in Napa's wine country. A hike up the trail rewards you with sweeping views of the vineyards of Napa Valley the place where the grapes
for this wine are grown.
